Ordering

Here's a brief explanation of how the Magnum website works. Its simple, just navigate using either the images or the top menu and find the product you want. Click the Add to Basket button and when finished with your order click the Checkout button on the top left of the screen. This will ask you all the questions needed to order the products and for us to get them to you. If you have any issues please call us on 0208 941 5804 or Contact Us here via email.

Payment

Magnum accept payment via all the major credit/debit cards and via paypal. If using a card to pay the transaction will pass through SagePay and offers a 100% secure payment process. Similarly if you wish to pay with Paypal you can choose this option during the checkout process.
Once the transaction process has been completed you will be returned to the Magnum site, and you will recieve an email confirming the transaction. No card details are held by Magnum (see our privacy policy)

Promotion Coupons

If you have a reedemable coupon code these can be claimed during a purchase online or over the phone. Online you just enter the coupon when prompted during the checkout process. If you have multiple coupons you may only use one coupon per new order.

Delivery

Free Delivery

Magnum offer Free Delivery on all items within the UK excluding the highlands of scotland, northern ireland, channel islands and the isle of man. The prices for these areas are under 1kg Free but over 1kg £10 additional. Please call to confirm price.
Free delivery can take 2-5 working days to be delivered.

Express Delivery

Our express delivery service costs an additional £2.95 and means you'll have the item ASAP. Normally next day. If you are using this service please try to get orders in before 3pm so they can be processed and shipped for next day delivery if possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

Magnum wants to make sure you're happy with your purchase and offer a no quibble refund policy within 14 days of the date you received the goods. Any faulty goods or goods wrongly shipped by us can be returned for a full refund to the total of your invoice. If the goods were incorrectly ordered on your behalf or you just changed your mind we will give a refund minus £2.95 delivery charge.

Exchanges

If the goods you ordered or we've sent are wrong and you want it exhanged then please contact us on 0208 941 5804 and we'll sort out collection and re-delivery ASAP. Note there may be additinional fees either required or to be be returned as prices alter.
